Who we are
Venda Group Pty Ltd (ABN 62 167 641 769) supplies and services vending machines to workplaces and other sites across Victoria. In this policy, “Venda”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Venda Group Pty Ltd.
We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access or correct it.
What we collect
When you enquire about a vending machine, we collect your name, business email address, phone number, business name, site address and the approximate number of people at your site.
When you enter our Buy and Win promotion, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the last four digits of the credit card or digital wallet you use at our machines, and the date, time and location of your qualifying purchases.
We do not collect or store full credit card numbers, expiry dates, or CVV numbers. Payments at our machines are processed by our payment provider. We never see your full card details.
When you use our website, we may collect your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time you spend on them, through cookies and standard analytics tools.

How we keep it safe
We store your information in secure, access-controlled systems and restrict access to staff and contractors who need it to do their job. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
We keep promotion records for at least three years after a promotion ends, as required under Victorian trade promotion rules. We keep other personal information only for as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires, and then destroy or de-identify it.
Direct marketing
If we send you marketing, every message will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing admin@venda.au and we will action your request.

Our website uses cookies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email admin@venda.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge, though we may ask you to verify your identity first.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, email admin@venda.au with the details. We will look into it and respond to you within a reasonable time.
